Cooling system for bakery trade
Our cooling systems are used in the production of small-scale bakeries, mainly for the storage or intermediate storage of food, but especially for dough pieces.
We design individual refrigeration cells for baking racks based on customer requirements. This includes the option that the dimensions and type of these cells can be selected as desired.

As a standard feature, the cooling systems are operated with the refrigerant R 134 a. As an alternative, glycol or water can also be provided by the customer.
Depending on requirements, a KUNZE standard controller or a Siemens PLC with touch screen is used for a more complex application (e.g. with conveyor system).
